Specializing in cinematic branding, I’m passionate about creating emotive visual stories that resonate with audiences. Collaborating with official delegations has refined my ability to produce captivating yet polished coverage. I handle all aspects of production—from shooting to editing—bringing my clients’ visions to life with heart and creativity.

bio:

I’m a film director, screenwriter, musician (can write music for film too) and editor. HELI hasn’t written an in-depth bio yet, so we’re adding some words here that may or may not be of use to you. The starving artist mentality plagues creative people everywhere. It creates a world in which people are scared to share ideas and opportunities out of fear that there isn’t enough to go around. This scarcity mindset only attracts lack and struggle into your life. Because in reality, collaboration and sharing makes way for new ideas and larger scale projects that lead to visibility and success for everyone involved.

bio:

I love to help others share their story. I produce, direct, shoot and edit content for the past 7-8 years. I used to run my company as a film production business but now I see it more as a production house where I am producing a part from video content also podcasts, magazine, events and so much more. I realized I didn’t have to limit my self by only helping share stories through film but through any medium.

bio:

I am a creative director, specialized in graphic design and branding. My work currently mainly consists of helping businesses and artist define their brand and elevate their experience. My clientele has naturally funneled to ‘urban’ artists and businesses who like to step aside from regular corporate identities.

bio:

I’m a freelance graphic designer mainly focused on brand design but also generally creating illustrations, print/packaging design & social media design for clients. I come from a communication/marketing background so a lot of my design work (especially brand design) is research & strategy based.

bio:

I’m a former tech CMO turned content creator and marketing freelancer. I’ve developed and executed successful marketing strategies for 2 unicorn startups, UN Women, The Hunger Project, Microsoft, and over 40 small businesses. I love building “out-of-the-box” marketing campaigns between my content creation work.

bio:

I make all sorts of music as a hobby, recently Ive been working on Hip Hop beats for rappers. I don’t charge for my music, I just want to build a social circle while in Amsterdam!

bio:

I’m a freelance photographer and brandbuilder. I’m doing allround creative projects. Next to my own business, I’m also co-owner of daylight photostudio & creative community Studio von Braun. Next to working, currently graduating my bachelors degree in Creative Concept developing.

bio:

Hey! I am Yosra, a 21-year old residing in Amsterdam. I am from Valencia, Spain but ethnically, I am half Spanish and half Moroccan. I lived in Germany before moving here and speak 6 languages fluently! I study investment law, but I also have a food page (IG and TikTok) named @eatingreligiously.ams. I am very passionate about food and authenticity/honesty so I review different food spots in Amsterdam and beyond! I also do some content creation on my personal IG and Tiktok where my content revolves around lifestyle, food, and traveling!

bio:

I’ve always been a leader, musician and an actor since I was very young. After moving to Amsterdam to study, I found my passion in fashion, more specifically vintage fashion. After a year of working at a vintage shop, I was given the opportunity to co-own the shop and help open a new one. I accepted and quit university as it wasn’t for me, and I found my calling in entrepreneurship.

What it's about: Live critique of websites submitted ahead of time, highlighting actionable steps to turn your website into a well-oiled machine that generates money and leads while you sleep.

Who's it for: Freelancers and small business owners looking to improve their online presence with advice  from a web designer, at an extremely low cost.

roast & toast

Date: TBA

What it's about: A place for creative minds to mix, mingle, and muse together as their authentic selves. Kind of like "networking" but way more casual.

Who's it for: Creative professionals who are seeking networking opportunities, potential collaborators, and a sense of community as well as businesses or individuals looking to hire creative professionals and make valuable connections.

The Hive

Date: TBA

This event is a playful twist on the classic "roast me" concept focused around providing live, actionable, constructive feedback on websites that attendees have submitted ahead of time. Each piece of feedback, even if it's not about your website specifically, is a learning experience for all attendees to elevate their online presence. We will also spend time highlighting things each website has done well (hence, the toast).

What to expect: 15 mins of time to connect and grab refreshments from the bar as people arrive, 1 hour for website roasts & toasts, 15 minutes for questions, 30 minutes of time to connect at the end. Paper and writing utensils will be provided for you to take notes, but feel free to bring your own notebook or electronic device.

Okay so stick with me here... The Hive is like networking for people who hate the concept of networking. We'll have a series of activities prepared to break the ice immediately and quickly forge bonds between attendees, so that the rest of the event can be spent truly connecting and collaborating.

Yes, we're here to meet new friends, connections, and business partners and potentially even find some jobs. But it's not scary. I's not awkward. It's simply, a good @$$ time.

What to expect: Prepare a fun fact about yourself for a fun guessing game, share that fun fact upon entry to the event, float around the room and participate in various small, fun activities designed to spark conversation.

What it's about: A series of challenges designed to exercise your creative brain because just like any muscle, it needs exercise to work properly!

Who it's for: People looking to shake up their routine and learn something new in a social environment. You do NOT need to identify as "creative" to attend this event. Just simply have an interest in exploring creativity.
